OUR POLICIES

AIRPORT SERVICE

* Domestic Arrivals: Waiting charges may be applied 60 mins after flight arrival
* International arrival: Waiting charges may be applied 60 mins after flight arrival
* Additional Waiting Time: Hourly rate of selected vehicle in 15 minutes segments

REGULAR SERVICE

* Residential, Office or Other: First 15 minutes are free
* Additional Waiting Time: Hourly rate of selected vehicle in 15 minutes segments

CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS

Cancellations

* No charge if cancelled more than 48 hours prior to day of service
* 50% fee if cancelled 24 to 48 hours prior to day of service
* 100% fee if cancelled 24 hours or less
* “No Show” will be charged in full

Modifications/Changes

* Certain additional fees may be accrued for changes that are not communicated within a reasonable time frame
* Last minute flight changes must be called in and confirmed with our office receptionist

* Quotes are valid for 24 hours
* Any pricing shown on this website is subject to change without notice — please contact us for the most accurate pricing

General Rules

* Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required to reinstate a vehicle to working order — as well as any subsequent loss of earnings for the driver for the consequence of their vehicle being off the road.
* By supplying your email address, you permit Premiummtl to contact you via e-mail.
* We will never supply your email to any third party.
* We reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary
* Every effort will be made by Premiummtl to ensure that our vehicle(s) or Sub-Contractors vehicle(s) arrive on time.
* Premiummtl maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.
* Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the Client's statutory rights.
